Suflex builds operational software that retail and service businesses run every day — permissions, label printing, dashboards and onboarding flows behind the day-to-day work of roughly 81,000 people.

A large part of the product still ran on a legacy codebase that made new features slow and risky to ship. Any rebuild had to happen without interrupting operations for customers already depending on it daily.

Migrated core modules incrementally to React, TypeScript and GraphQL/Apollo, introducing Zustand and Context API to manage complex business rules, and expanded automated test coverage with Jest, React Testing Library and Cypress to protect critical workflows through the transition.

Products used by approximately 81,000 people every day, with improved reliability and maintainability across permissions, label printing, dashboards and onboarding.

Working close to daily operations showed how much small interface decisions matter — a mislabeled permission or a slow print job has real, immediate consequences for the people relying on it.
